Brief Description
Major Function- Conduct quality inspections on parts and equipment inspections.
- Follow 3C 5S on the production floor.
- Follow work standards and verbal instructions.
- Conduct visual self-quality inspections on parts during production activities.
- Conduct daily equipment inspection and perform basic record keeping.
- Follow all safe work practices and PPE requirements.
- Maintain clean and orderly working environments.
- Focus on Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
- Conduct rework activities and defect tracking processes.
- Must be able to work assigned shift with designated hours
- High School diploma / GED
- Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment (Not required).
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and experience with precise work.
- Able to distinguish between quality and defective work results.
- Excellent hand and eye coordination.
- Able to lift objects weighing more than 50 lbs occasionally.
- Reports to the Production Team Leader for all phases of activities.
- Coordinates job duties with Quality Team Members
