Manufacturing Technician B - Multiple Shifts/Depts $26 - $31/hr
As a Manufacturing Technician B your goal is to use your technical expertise to be the go-to person for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment in your area. You'll also be responsible for setting up various production machines to ensure top‑notch quality products are manufactured.
Responsibilities- Maintain mechanical, electrical and hydraulics systems for a variety of equipment.
- Perform various operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges and guarding.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
- Responsible for statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend‑analysis to adjust processes or equipment and bring parts into specification.
- Train employees, assign and direct work, provide feedback to supervisor regarding employee performance, and address complaints and resolve problems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. - Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant working experience, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic skills.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to use computers for email communications and data entry for quality/production systems.

Physical & Environmental RequirementsMay be required to lift or carry products, parts, and other materials of various sizes and weights; frequently 5–25 pounds, occasionally 25–75 pounds, rarely greater than 75 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk constantly over a full work shift (8–12 hours).
Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling, and/or reaching over a full work shift (8–12 hours).
Ability to use power/vibrating tools over a full work shift (8–12 hours).
Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8–12 hours).
Exposure to noise levels requiring hearing protection over a full work shift (8–12 hours).
