The Singles Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling individual components and parts according to production specifications and quality standards. Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
- Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
- Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
- Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembler.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
