Make Assembly Equipment Run Better—Every Shift If you enjoy solving equipment problems and tuning processes with data, this role is for you. Help set up, maintain, and improve production assets so they deliver consistent, in‑spec parts.

What You’ll DoSet up a range of assembly equipment to produce quality products.

Maintain plant structures and systems: electrical, heating, plumbing, machine repair, and hydraulics.

Troubleshoot and repair equipment; carry out preventative maintenance to prevent downtime.

Use statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend analysis to detect variation and adjust processes or equipment to bring parts into specification.

Perform machining/bench work to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and guarding.

Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent.
1.5 years of technical experience using mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.

Intermediate troubleshooting capability across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Computer literacy for documentation, diagnostics, and SPC.Effective teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Forklift certification required; ability to operate a forklift.

Fluency in English and in the primary language used in your area or location.

Physical & Environmental Requirements Lift/carry materials of varying sizes and weights: frequently 5–25 lbs; occasionally 25–75 lbs; rarely >75 lbs.

Stand and/or walk continuously during an 8–12 hour shift.

Push, pull, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, and/or reach on an occasional to frequent basis over an 8–12 hour shift.

Use power/vibrating tools for the length of an 8–12 hour shift.

Operate motorized vehicles for the full 8–12 hour shift.

Work in areas with noise that requires hearing protection throughout an 8–12 hour shift.
