We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide essential patient care in a dynamic, community‑focused environment. This role is vital to ensuring the well‑being of underserved individuals while upholding our commitment to compassion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs, consulting with Charge Nurse(s) and other staff as necessary.
• Implement medical plans by administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, and assisting with medical or minor surgical procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and apply clinical and technical aspects of care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting as required by policy.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
• Communicate patient information to nursing staff, physicians, unit supervisors, and other relevant personnel.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year of clinic experience.
• Hold current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
• Variable shift – must be able to work days and nights PRN.

• Competitive hourly rate: $49.97 per hour.
