Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP to coordinate dialysis care, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement activities. You will work under supervision to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for an assigned group of patients.
As part of the ESKD care team, you will help manage training, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to safe and effective home dialysis therapy delivery, with potential for CAP advancement.
