Position Summary:
Applicant must be a fast paced individual that enjoys working in a team oriented setting. The dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that there are enough clean and sanitary dishes and utensils for dine in customers. Dishwashers must work with their team to understand what items need to be washed first.
• Comply with health code
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering.
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster
Requirements:
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry through the restaurant. A dishwasher must also be able to stand their entire shift.
Additional Info:
Typical Work Week: 15-30 hours (night/weekend availability is required)
