What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Use product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching services
  • Problem‑solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem‑solving
  • Education:

    Associate's degree or higher preferred

  • Experience in a customer service or sales role within a telecommunications environment
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
