• Previous experience with residential touch-up or light painting preferred
• Strong eye for detail and color matching
• Knowledge of basic painting tools and materials
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform touch-up painting on walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and baseboards
• Repair minor scuffs, scratches, nail holes, chips, and small surface imperfections
• Match and blend existing paint colors for seamless repairs
• Light surface preparation, including sanding, patching, and spot priming
• Protect surrounding areas with minimal coverings as needed
• Maintain clean, professional work areas during and after repairs
• Communicate effectively with supervisors or homeowners regarding completed work
• Follow safety procedures and proper use of ladders and hand tools
