We are recruiting friendly, self‑motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed to join our growing company. We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to work at our communities in the Statesboro, GA.

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and other general maintenance repairs that may arise.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to ensure all documentation regarding the operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

• Ideal candidate has HVAC certification and at least 3 years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• Must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Normal work hours are usually between 8 AM – 5 PM, Mon–Fri (may vary slightly based on season) with occasional overtime required.
• Background screening and drug test required.
