Fairway-Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Bryants Landing & Sawmill Landing. You will perform skilled maintenance to keep apartments in top condition, complete turn tasks, and proactively address issues.
The role requires 3+ years of multifamily or similar experience, strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical, and a commitment to safety. On-site work, some after-hours on-call, and training on HUD/LIHTC standards are included.
