Job DescriptionPerform routine and semi-skilled work while assisting skilled workers in performance of maintenance and repairs. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance and repairs for designated building, facilities and equipment, ensuring technical operations are in proper running order.
ResponsibilitiesPerforms routine maintenance and basic repairs to buildings, facilities, equipment, and systems Assists with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical maintenance Use hand and power tools and basic equipment to complete assigned maintenance tasks Performs preventive maintenance and routine inspections to identify maintenance needs Assists skilled technicians with more complex repairs, installations, and maintenance projects Responds to work orders and service requests and documents work performed Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, clean, and orderly condition
Required QualificationsEducational Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience Two (2) years of related work experience
Proposed Salary$17.13 - $20.96 per hour This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
