We continue to grow and are seeking a solution‑oriented, customer‑focused Pool Maintenance and Repair Technician. This position is responsible for providing excellent on‑site pool cleaning and maintenance services, following our proven methods for cleaning, handling chemicals safely, diagnosing equipment issues, and communicating effective solutions to customers while sharing lessons learned with the team.
The ideal person for this position loves to work outdoors, is a self‑starter, can work independently with minimal guidance, handles all matters with integrity, and embraces the concept of delivering resort‑quality service.
ResponsibilitiesSuccess in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:
- Manage a swimming pool route that includes weekly pool cleaning and a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks.
- Manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
- Repair of pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorine dispensers, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing, and galvanized plumbing.
- Knowledge of 110 V and 220 V electrical equipment (preferred, not required).
- Manage an inventory of equipment on the truck and replenish it when needed.
- Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
- Spot opportunities outside of repair calls, such as upgrading equipment or adding products to enhance customer experience.
- Renovation experience – Re‑plaster or equivalent (e.g., Pebble Tech®), tile replacement/repair, deck texture/seal, pavers install/repair (preferred, not required).

- (1) A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- (2) The ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- No other specific experience is required; we will teach you the ASP methods designed to give our customers superior value and to maximize your earning potential.
- High school degree and Certified Pool Operator License is preferred.
This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.
