Join the Transdev team as a Bus Operator. Provide reliable, safe transportation within the Georgia Southern college campus. Max vehicle speed of 25 mph. Stress‑free position.

Location:

101 Raybon Anderson Blvd, Statesboro, GA 30458

• Execute safe operations by following designated routes and schedules.
• Provide passenger care, assist with boarding, maintain comfort, and ensure timely disembarkation.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, report maintenance issues, keep vehicle clean and equipment ready.
• Enforce seat‑belt, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL Class B with passenger endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

• $18.00 per hour (Union collective bargaining agreement).
• Full‑time schedule: 12 pm‑9 pm, Monday – Friday, no weekends.
• Vacation: minimum two weeks.
• Sick days: 5 days.
• Holidays: 12 days (8 standard, 4 floating).
• Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, voluntary long‑term disability.

• Operate vehicle in various weather and temperature conditions.
• Sit for extended periods, walk short distances, navigate sloped or uneven surfaces.

• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
