HEXPOL Compounding Americas is hiring a Corporate Controls Engineer to support automation across all U.S.
-based rubber mixing facilities. You will troubleshoot PLCs, integrate equipment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to keep operations running smoothly.
You will collaborate with plant teams, project engineers and technical staff to support production systems, develop electrical schematics, build panels, and lead automation projects. Travel up to 30% may be required.
