We’relooking for a Senior Controls Engineer III to join our growing Industrial Automation team. In this role,you’lllead the design, programming, commissioning, and implementation of advanced control systems while working with cutting-edge automation technologies across a variety of industries.

• As a Senior Controls Engineer,you’llplay a key role in delivering successful automation projects from concept through commissioning.
  
  You’ll:

• Lead and execute complex industrial automation projects independently or as the technical lead.

• Design, develop, program, troubleshoot, andoptimizePLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial control systems.

• Create control hardware and panel designs for new installations and retrofit projects.

• Commission systems on customer sites and work directly with clients to ensure successfulstartupand acceptance.

• Mentor and support other engineers while promoting engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with project managers, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Troubleshoot and resolve challenging technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work with industrial communication networks including Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Control Net,Device Net, Profibus, fiber, wireless, and other industrial protocols.

• Produceaccurateproject documentation whilemaintainingthehighest quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with applicable NEC, NFPA 79, UL, OSHA, and customer safety requirements.

Successful candidates will also demonstrate the following skillsand requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of industrial controls experience,
  or

• Associate degree with 7+ years of related experience,
  or

• 9+ years
  of industrialcontrolsexperience.

• Strong experience with PLC programming, HMI development, SCADA systems, and industrial automation.

• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.

• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.

• Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and manufacturing environments.

• Outstanding communication and customer relationship skills.

• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

• A passion for continuous learning and emerging automation technologies.
