We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Maintenance professional to join our team at Comfort Inn and Suites Statesville
- Mooresville. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our hotel. Your attention to detail and dedication to providing a comfortable and safe environment for our guests will play a key role in our continued success.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues
• Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized maintenance shop
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

• Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and procedures
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license
