Now hiring immediately for our Statesville, NC location.

Schedule Available:

• 7 am-3:30 pm
• Monday-Friday with some weekends work as dictated by volume
• $100 referral bonus for each person that you bring on with you!

Working on a team in a production Detail Shop cleaning 40 to 70 vehicles a day. Strenuous, repetitive, manual labor. You'll have a hand in every aspect of getting a vehicle looking its best. That means things like:

• Inspecting outgoing detailed vehicles.
• Ensuring correct detail has been completed, full detail or wash and vac packages.
• Monitoring the proper use of equipment.
• Updating management on performance for assigned lane(s).
• Making sure each vehicle is reported as complete using operating systems.
• Maintaining the flow of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Verifying assigned lanes have the materials needed to complete details.
• Keeping Tools and Equipment in excellent shape.
• Observing safety & health procedures.
• Completing work orders & other vehicle documentation.
• Hand washing, power washing, vacuuming and detailing of vehicles.
• Removing decals and signage off of vehicles using a variety of tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have a high attention to detail.
• Ability to use mobile systems, communication devices, and simple tool interfaces.
• Ability to use simple hand tools and measurement tools
• Able and willing to learn (interface with machine control panels, recognize quality, perform data analytics, troubleshoot issues and problem-solve
• Proficiency in English language skills.
• Must take a drug screen.
• 7-year background check for violent crime, sex offenses, and larceny.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for up to 12 hours per day.
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend on occasional basis
• Ability to reach above shoulder and below waist frequently
• Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects repetitively on a frequent basis 20/40 vision in each eye (with or without correction) and the ability to distinguish between red, yellow, and green is required.
