The Registered Nurse prescribes nursing care, delegates nursing activities, and coordinates the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care to provide optimal quality care consistent with the hospital’s mission and nursing philosophy, objectives, and standards. Has full access to patient health information.

• Current Registered Nurse Licensure (RN) in North Carolina.
• Certification in BCLS.
• Successful completion of a hospital and unit‑specific orientation including age and population‑specific skills for the area of practice.
• Must possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test for the position (walking, kneeling, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, sitting for extended periods) and able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
