Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (Full-Time)

The Greens at Maple Leaf is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing individualized, high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a key role in delivering direct nursing care and supporting clinical operations while ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available

• 8-hour shifts:

  • 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

  • 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

  • 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

• Day, Evening, and Night shifts available

• Every other weekend rotation required

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

• Administer medications, perform treatments, and complete documentation

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership

• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily care activities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and outcomes

• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for full-time positions
