Security Officer

Overview

Pay Range: $15–$20 per hour (based on site assignment, experience, and credentials)

We are currently hiring professional and dependable Security Officers to support a variety of client sites, including retail locations, warehouses, commercial properties, and distribution centers
. Officers will be assigned based on availability, experience, and site requirements.

• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, both on foot and via vehicle when applicable
• Control access points and verify identification for employees, visitors, and vendors
• Observe, report, and document incidents, safety concerns, and policy violations
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and suspicious activity
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional security posture
• Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
• Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and post orders
• Communicate effectively with site management, supervisors, and local authorities as needed

• Valid state security license (or ability to obtain, site dependent)
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
• For armed positions: valid firearms permit and training (if applicable)

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
