ResponsibilitiesWork in Visitors Center welcoming and orienting guests, selling tickets, annual passes and retail items in a point of sale system, recordkeeping and business transactions, general daily office tasks as assigned.
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal and verbal skills speaking with and interacting with all ages of visitors.
- Ability to operate touch screen point of sale systems and other similar platforms, and use email and other platforms as needed.
- Present a neat, professional and welcoming appearance.
- Strong organizational ability and ability to multi-task on busy days while maintaining professional composure.
- Flexibility to attend to occasional unexpected tasks.
- Previous customer service and retail experience is a plus.
- Strong current work references required.
- Ability to work some weekend days as needed.
