Special Education Teachers (Anticipated)-Staunton City Schools (2026-27 School Year)
Staunton City Schools, located in historic Staunton, Virginia in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, is seeking highly qualified applicants for Anticipated Special Education Teacher openings for the 2026-27 academic school year.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited college or university.
Candidate must possess or be eligible to possess aprofessionallicenseissued by VDOE with an endorsement to teach special education.
200 Day (10-month) Contract beginning late July 2026.
Salary Range: $54,147 to $88,139 (based on 2026-27 Salary Scale).

All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, employment reference check, and receipt of the Child Abuse and Neglect Training Certificate.
