Shenandoah County Extension Office seeks an Associate Extension Agent, 4-H Youth Development to lead the local 4-H program and manage its day-to-day operations. The role develops youth leadership and life skills through research-based, hands-on education.
Responsibilities include guiding program delivery, coordinating with volunteers, and building partnerships to expand participation across communities in Virginia. A Bachelor's is required;
Master’s preferred, with travel as needed.
