Salary Range: $39,100-$55,500 plus incentive opportunities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of professional work experience.
• Skill in processing complex, detailed forms and documents in an accurate and thorough manner.
• Customer Service – provides exceptional service to both internal & external customers.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision and proven self-starter.
• Thorough knowledge of computer software applications.
• Knowledge of credit and accounting policies and processing procedures
• (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in applying sound judgment and decision-making.
• Approach work with high standards and a positive attitude, eliciting others’ confidence.
• Minimal travel to our offices or for training to other states.
• May require overtime with limited notice to meet Customer demands.
