Location:
Staunton, VA - In-Office
- Provide administrative support to production and inventory control functions
- Review completed sales orders for accuracy and expedites paperwork related to sales orders
- Contact vendors related to on-time delivery dates
- Maintain files and records of current and potential suppliers, materials, prices, delivery dates and inventories
- Prepare materials and supplies purchase orders, analyze quotes, and expedite deliveries and shipments as needed
- Process change orders, notify vendors of material and quantity requirement revisions, and contact vendors regarding rate adjustments and incorrect materials
- Provide data as requested to forecast estimates and schedules of goods in process and needs for future orders
- Provide input to schedules, inventory reports, surplus stock lists, production specifications, and plant capacity data as requested
- Assist with maintaining records of in-house and on-order material
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate degree, Technical Degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years related experience
- Multiple medical insurance plan options

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $19.38 to $30.85 in VA. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
