Daikin Applied is seeking a Production Planning Scheduler I . Location:
Staunton, VA - In-Office Your Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to production and inventory control functions
Review completed sales orders for accuracy and expedites paperwork related to sales orders
Contact vendors related to on-time delivery dates
Maintain files and records of current and potential suppliers, materials, prices, delivery dates and inventories
Prepare materials and supplies purchase orders, analyze quotes, and expedite deliveries and shipments as needed
Process change orders, notify vendors of material and quantity requirement revisions, and contact vendors regarding rate adjustments and incorrect materials
Provide data as requested to forecast estimates and schedules of goods in process and needs for future orders
Provide input to schedules, inventory reports, surplus stock lists, production specifications, and plant capacity data as requested
Assist with maintaining records of in-house and on-order material
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Associate degree, Technical Degree or equivalent experience0-2 years related experience

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $19.38 to $30.85 in VA. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
