The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the pallet manufacturing and repair operations. This individual plays a central role in coordinating production output, managing labor, optimizing workflow, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards. You will act as the bridge between the shop floor and upper management—translating strategic goals into operational reality.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to stay cool under pressure. You’ll be managing teams in a physical, indoor environment that includes automated equipment, wood materials, and high-paced deadlines.

• Drives talent acquisition and onboarding, while continuously evaluating training needs to build a high-performing, technically skilled workforce
• Partners with Operations and HR to assess leadership effectiveness, identifying opportunities to elevate capabilities through coaching and development
• Proactively balances overtime planning with employee preferences and production targets, optimizing labor allocation without compromising morale

• Supervise the activities of manufacturing employees to ensure performance meets or exceeds the budgeted parameters in terms of volume, cost, material loss, cost of purchases, and distribution
