** Your Responsibilities:
**** Strategic Project Leadership
*** Lead and deliver large-scale capital projects ($15M), including:
* Capacity expansion initiatives
* Major infrastructure upgrades
* Strategic contract execution and industrialization
* Define project strategy, scope, timelines, and success criteria aligned with business objectives
* Act as the primary owner from concept through execution and operational handover
** Stakeholder & Executive Management
*** Serve as the main interface with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
* Provide strategic updates, risk assessments, and decision-making recommendations
* Align cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners
** Financial & Risk Management
*** Own full project financials, including CAPEX planning, forecasting, and cost control
* Ensure adherence to approved budgets, ROI targets, and financial governance
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across technical, financial, and operational dimensions
** Contract & Vendor Management
*** Lead selection, negotiation, and management of contractors, EPC firms, and key suppliers
* Ensure contractual compliance, performance, and delivery of project milestones
* Manage complex commercial agreements tied to strategic initiatives
** Governance & Execution Excellence
*** Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, standards, and reporting structures
* Drive schedule adherence, quality standards, and safety compliance

Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
* 10–15+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on capital-intensive projects
* Proven track record delivering projects exceeding $15M in value
* Experience managing multi-site or geographically distributed projects
* Ability to travel regularly (20–40%) across assigned project locations (2–3 sites)
* Flexibility to be based at a primary site while supporting multi-location execution
* Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
* Expertise in CAPEX project planning and execution
* Advanced stakeholder management, including executive-level communication
* Solid understanding of construction, industrial systems, and infrastructure projects
* Financial management and cost control expertise
* Risk management and problem-solving capability
* Ability to operate at a senior leadership level with minimal supervision
