Wieland Provides, Inc. manufactures major components for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) companies worldwide. Wieland is hiring for 1st shift Welders Level I, II, III at our 101 building. We are seeking skilled and experienced welders for positions ranging from entry-level to expert. The welders will be responsible for working from shop drawing, procedures or other written, verbal, or electronic instruction, perform a wide variety of operations associated with welded assembly of final product, sub-assemblies and components for products which includes adherence to ASME Code Safety Regulations.

Maintain equipment and facilities in a safe, clean, and efficiently operational manner. Adhere to procedures and prepare and maintain records, in either written or electronic form, regarding safety, quality, productivity, preventive maintenance and housekeeping. This role is located at 101 Industry Way, Staunton, VA and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay: $25.00/hr., with compensation adjusted based on experience and qualifications.

1st Shift

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday |6:00am-4:30pm

Performance Evaluation at 90 days and 6 months with the potential for a $.50 increase after each evaluation.

Welder Responsibilities:

• Following the production orders, prepare parts and tack and weld components into assemblies.
• Execute welds in accordance to company’s procedures and documents, while meeting defined quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment assigned to perform duties.
