Warehouse & Material Flow Manager

Location:

Staunton, VA – In-Office

• Manage, evaluate, and develop material flow supervisors and staff responsible for receiving, replenishment, material movement, and loading
• Manage warehouse logistics and optimize material movement to production lines
• Ensure material availability at the point of use to avoid production disruptions
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, optimize material replenishment, and implement best practices for material handling and packaging
• Coordinate with procurement and production planning to manage material flow suppliers to the warehouse and through the production process
• Enforce safety regulations, maintain a clean/organized storage area, and manage regulatory compliance
• Develop strategies for efficient material flow, storage, and space utilization
• Coordinate with and manage teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to/removal of waste from production areas
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams
• Supervise receiving and warehouse management systems
• Implement safety protocols
• Track key metrics

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of related experience in logistics, supply chain management, and material flow planning
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in ERP systems, material replenishment software, and data analysis tools

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,400 to $136,800 plus annual bonus in VA. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
