About the Role

The Machine Operator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. The position involves operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and maintaining quality control standards to produce high-quality products. The operator will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in operating specific machinery or equipment.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Responsibilities

- Thursday or 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., Monday
- Friday
3:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M., Monday - Thursday
