Liberty Point Behavioral Healthcare is located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley in the charming city of Staunton, Virginia. We provide trauma‑informed psychiatric residential treatment to adolescent males who are experiencing complex emotional, behavioral, and educational difficulties. We are a 42‑bed facility with programs designed for youth with psychiatric disorders, co‑occurring intellectual disabilities, and autism spectrum disorder.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements
- Current license to practice nursing in the State of Virginia (or eligible to receive or renew)
- Current CPR or BLS certification preferred (can renew as part of New Employee Orientation)
- Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire
- Ability to successfully complete and pass all components of Handle With Care & Verbal Deescalation Crisis Intervention Training
- Ability to use and supervise Handle With Care (HWC) techniques
- Reflect behavior, attitude, and appearance appropriate to the position and support the facility philosophy, goals, and objectives
- Effectively communicate both verbally and via written documentation
