Licensed Practical Nurse​/LPN

We are seeking compassionate and motivated full‑time LPNs to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs at our warm, home‑like Crisis Therapeutic Home in Staunton, VA.

Monday – Friday, 3 pm – 11 pm – Monday – Friday, 11 pm – 7 am

• Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co‑occurring behavioral health needs.
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Conduct nursing assessments.
• Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person‑centered care.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations.
• Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service.

• Competitive rate: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour for a full‑time, non‑exempt position.
• Sign‑on and retention bonus paid upon successful completion of 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.

• Current, valid, unrestricted license as a Practical Nurse in Virginia.
• Knowledge of mental health and I/DD systems of care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• A valid driver’s license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments.
