Liberty Point Behavioral Healthcare is located in Staunton, Virginia, and provides trauma‑informed psychiatric residential treatment to adolescent males with complex emotional, behavioral, and educational challenges. The 42‑bed facility focuses on youth with psychiatric disorders, co‑occurring intellectual disabilities, and autism spectrum disorder.
ResponsibilitiesAs a PRN Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care, participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams, employ de‑escalation and Handle With Care techniques, and maintain accurate documentation in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

- Part‑time and PRN positions do not qualify for sign‑on bonus or benefits
- Current license to practice nursing in Virginia (or eligible to receive/renew)
- Current CPR or BLS certification preferred (can renew as part of orientation)
- Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire
- Successful completion of Handle With Care & Verbal De‑escalation Crisis Intervention Training
- Proficiency in using and supervising Handle With Care techniques
- Professional behavior, attitude, and appearance consistent with facility policies and values
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
