Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, primarily toddlers, with low acuity needs, gtube, and CPAP support.
• Ensure clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic homecare delivery.
• Utilize electronic documentation tools in patient homes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (training provided if needed).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
