Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs
Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols
Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person-centered care
Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations
Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service

- Competitive rate: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour for this full time, non-exempt position

- Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Practical Nurse in state of Virginia
- Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
- Skills: Strong communication and documentation
- Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
- Transportation: A valid driver's license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
