Registered Nurse

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
• Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
• Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
• Work as part of a supportive care team
• Ensure compassionate and professional delivery of dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing
• Collaborate with clinicians
• Use critical thinking to solve problems and support patient care

• Current RN license in state of practice
• CPR certification
• Basic EKG interpretation
• 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients; ICU, ER, or Med/Surg preferred
• Strong assessment skills
• Strong time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• CNN certification a plus

Demonstrates expertise in delivering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient status while ensuring safety and comfort. Strong ability to assess clinical situations, educate patients, and collaborate effectively within a care team.
