Shifts Available:
Full-time 7P-7A, plus every other weekend
Base pay: $31.00/hr.
-$37.05/ hr., based on relevant experience and qualifications, plus applicable shift differentials.

What You’ll Do:
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
Assist with resident comfort.
Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
Help coach staff as necessary.
Requirements:
Active LPN license in Virginia
CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
