Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care, administering treatments, and documenting care electronically using a tablet in each patient’s home.

• Perform clinical assessments and deliver nursing care based on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to support patient well-being.
• Adhere to all safety and health protocols, including CPR and TB testing.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
