• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of multiple residential properties.
• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for each property, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
• Supervise on-site staff to maximize service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Address tenant concerns promptly and foster positive tenant relationships.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
• Implement property improvement strategies to boost occupancy and satisfaction.
• Lead conflict resolution efforts, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Prepare and review financial reports, tracking performance against goals.

• 2+ years of property management related experience either in a property manager or property administrative role
• Strong tenant relations, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Effective team management and leadership abilities.
• Organizational and administrative strength in fast-paced environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM).
• Demonstrated success in property improvement initiatives.
• Experience working within multifamily residential assets.
