• Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming dining environment.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate special dietary needs or requests.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and organized before and after meals.
• Clear tables, remove used dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality.
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required – we’ll provide training for the right candidate.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional service.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
