, an East Coast heavy truck dealership specializing in Freightliner sales and service, is searching for a talented sales individual to join the team as a Truck Sales Representative in Weyers Cave, VA.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of duties primarily developing our sales markets and marketing our trucks in a specified geographic area. Responsible for growing our market and guiding our customers through the sales cycle. Ideally, must have 5 years’ experience as a sales professional.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Motivated Sales Professional – Commission Driven.
  • Heavy Duty Truck Sales experience is ideally.
  • Understands and manages all steps of the sales process.
  • Creatively develops sales leads and solutions for both our small and large fleet customers.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Able to develop and train the confidence of our Fleet customers. Understands and is a source of knowledge on all specifications of a truck. Able to become the “solution” provider.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Partner with other departments in our Dealership building on all of our strengths.
  • Identify the products and services that best meet our Fleet customers’ needs. Leverages the strengths of our OEM’s and our Dealerships (i.e. Parts, Service, Trailer, Body, Finance, and administrative team).
  • Ideally will have or will get a CDL Class A or B license or able to obtain this level in the first 6 months of employment.
