Experienced Sales Associate

Carter Myers Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to join our Toyota team in Virginia. In this on-site role, you'll guide customers through the purchase of new and used Toyota vehicles, from greeting and needs assessment to test drives, negotiation, and delivery. You'll leverage strong product knowledge, CRM skills, and follow-up to build lasting relationships and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage showroom and online customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Toyota vehicles and options.
• Conduct product presentations and coordinate test drives safely and effectively.
• Guide customers through pricing, trade-in, and purchase options.
• Collaborate with finance team to support loan, lease, and protection product offerings.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up on leads and previous customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and performance goals.
• Stay current on Toyota models, features, incentives, and competitive products.
• Coordinate with service and parts teams to support long-term customer relationships.
• Uphold Carter Myers Automotive Group's customer-focused culture and brand reputation.
