Currently, ECM is searching for a full‑time Maintenance Technician to work at Willow View Apartments in Staunton, VA. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, as well as assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry, and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• HVAC certification with at least 3 years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Normal work hours are usually between 8am – 5pm, Mon‑Fri (may vary slightly based on season) with occasional overtime required.
• Background screening and drug test required.
