Electromechanical Technician Lead

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking an Electromechanical Technician Lead to support our high-volume food service distribution operations. In this hands-on role, you'll lead day-to-day maintenance activities on conveyors, automated material-handling systems, refrigeration, and facility equipment to keep product moving safely and efficiently. You'll perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance while assigning work, guiding techs, and monitoring CMMS work orders. Partner with operations to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and uphold rigorous safety and food safety standards in a people-focused, family-owned environment.
