Park Properties is hiring a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician for Big Sky Apartments in Staunton, VA. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor with plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpet, and appliance repairs, plus exterior maintenance and after-hours support.
The role requires a caring attitude, strong work ethic, and experience in property maintenance. HVAC certification is a plus, and you’ll work a rotating on-call schedule to ensure resident satisfaction.
