position summary

class a drivers with one year verifiable class a experience in the last three years are invited to join our dedicated account program. Drivers receive a guaranteed salary plus performance pay per shipment and enjoy home weekly, with a potential earnings range of $1,400 to $2,000 per week. The assignments cover pa, va, nj, md, wv, eastern oh, and northern nc.

drivers are home weekly (weekends not guaranteed). Trucks can be taken home but must allow for parking of tractor and trailer. Riders and pets may be brought after completing training.

urine drug test only. Applicants must never have failed or refused a drug test, regardless of when it occurred.

• drivers pick up loads at dc just outside of front royal. Trailers will be preloaded, and drivers will hook and go.
• drivers are paid a daily salary of $215 per day and then paid $300 for every trailer that is unloaded.
• drivers will make between 2-4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver putting boxes that weigh between 1-35lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there as drivers do not do inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck.
• when the driver takes their 34-hour reset at home many times they will still be on a load. When their week starts, they will finish the deliveries then head back to dc for the next load.

orientation will take place in dayton, is generally about 2 days. Company pays for transportation, hotel and meals and you are paid $85 per day for orientation.

training is generally 3-5 days. You will either double bunk with the trainer or get your truck first and follow the trainer. Neither option can be guaranteed so you must be willing to go with either option. Training is paid at the daily rate of $215 per day.

after training you may bring rider and a dog with you while you run.

• drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of class a experience. Experience can be local, regional or otr.
• cdl must be in the state of current residence when you apply.
• may not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• may have two dot recordable accidents in the last three years except for the following which you may not have in the last three years: none with a major traffic violation; preventable rear end; no rollovers.
• can not have been terminated from most recent job for any reason.
• you may have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years but none in a commercial vehicle: 15+ points; reckless; following too closely; texting or using handheld device. This is only for personal vehicle if have any of these in commercial you are not qualified.
• no felonies in the last 7 years (non-ever for any sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.

please note if you have ever failed or refused a dot drug test you are not eligible for hire even if you have completed sap and regardless of how long ago the incident happened.
