Class A CDL Truck Drivers - $72-$102K/1st Yr Home Weekly Rider & Pet Welcome (Full Time)

Class A drivers with one-year verifiable experience in the last three years are looking for guaranteed salary, additional pay per shipment, great benefits, and home weekly returns.

• Pick up loads at DC just outside of Front Royal. Trailers are preloaded; the driver hooks and goes.
• Make 2–4 stops per trailer; deliver boxes weighing 1–35 lbs onto a conveyor belt that goes into the store. The driver does not do inventory or merchandising; store personnel handle that.
• After taking a 34‑hour reset at home, drivers often finish deliveries and then head back to DC for the next load.
• Stay home weekly (weekends not guaranteed). Drivers may take trucks home but must park the tractor and trailer.
• Deliveries are 100% touch with freight preloaded and trailers hook‑and‑go.

Orientation takes place in Dayton and lasts about 2 days. The company covers transportation, hotel, and meals, and drivers receive $85 per day for orientation.

Training generally lasts 3–5 days. The driver may double‑bunk with the trainer or receive the truck first and follow the trainer; neither option is guaranteed. Training is paid at the daily rate of $215 per day.

Urine drug test only. Candidates must never have failed or refused any type of drug test, even if they have completed SAP.

Daily salary of $215 per day plus $300 for each trailer unloaded. Drivers average $1,400 to $2,000 per week. Full benefits after 60 days of service.

After completing training, drivers may bring a rider and a pet (including a dog) while on duty and may also bring the truck home, provided the tractor and trailer can be parked.

Drivers have 3–5 days of training on the account. They can bring a rider and a dog after training. Drivers are paid based on daily rate and trailer unloaded. Home weekly with no guarantee of weekend service.
