CDL Truck Driving Instructor - Weekday

Part-time position assisting with training commercial driving students to earn their Class A CDL and gain entry-level positions in the commercial driving industry. May assist with Class B instruction. Drug testing and medical certification as required by DOT guidelines. Full orientation and training is included for all new instructors. This is a part-time wage position, limited to 1500 hours within a 12-month period, with no benefits.
There is potential eligibility for educational assistance for BRCC classes and job-related training and/or certifications. Review of applications will be ongoing. Qualified candidates may be contacted for an interview when/if a position is available.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Class A CDL with full background check and driving record check
- Knowledge of the commercial driving industry and DMV/DOT regulations
- Good verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
